Laura Emilia Toivola was born on 29th of October, 1979, in Lappeenranta, Finland. Since then she has lived in Scotland, Denmark and South Korea, and is frequently seen in a world inside her own head, where it's fun and exciting, if somewhat pink and fluffy. She is currently working on her thesis animation with a working title of "Searching for the Void" , which is due to be released in October 2009, coinciding with her planned graduation. Afterwards Laura hopes to find work in animation films or video games. Laura is interested in everything and anything, but especially in languages and Asian culture, comic books, video games, films (especially animation), reading, painting and art (most recently zen art) and photography.
